Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Free Local Pickup (Alfred Cove, WA)

Delivery Times

• Express Shipping: approximately 2–4 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available from Alfred Cove, Western Australia, by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, we'll contact you via email to arrange a convenient pickup time and provide the exact pickup address.

Shipping Delays

CHE is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, extreme weather conditions, public holidays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
